Madar Holding participated as an official sponsor in the 11th edition of the African Investment & Trade Forum (AFIC11), held on May 10–11, 2025, at the Sheraton Algiers Hotel, with ministers, business leaders, ambassadors, and representatives from 43 African countries.
During the opening session, Charaf Eddine Amara, CEO of Madar Holding and President of the National Union of Public Entrepreneurs (UNEP), highlighted the strategic role of public
institutions in stimulating local economies and promoting sustainable development across Africa.
He emphasized the importance of these institutions in supporting national economies, creating jobs, and ensuring social stability, particularly with the launch of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
The speech also outlined structural reforms to enhance transparency, modernize governance, and optimize human resources, emphasizing public-private partnerships to improve institutional effectiveness.
