Today, the Minister of Industry and Pharmaceutical Production, Mr. Sifi Ghrieb, visited the sugar refining complex of Tafadis, a subsidiary of Madar Holding.
The visit comes as part of monitoring national projects and strengthening food security, as the plant will soon enter its production phase with an estimated capacity of 2,000 tons per day.
The project aims to support the national industry and develop the sugar sector in Algeria, helping meet local market needs and reduce reliance on imports.
The Minister also emphasized the importance of investing in strategic industries to boost economic development and create job opportunities for Algerian youth.
This visit highlights Madar Holding’s commitment to supporting national projects and contributing to the local economy through innovation and sustainable production.
